Every DreamMaker project follows the same proven process, designed to keep you informed, in control, and confident from the first conversation to the final walkthrough.
Discovery Meeting
We start with an initial conversation to discover more about your goals and get an idea of your vision.
Design Meeting
You’ll meet with one of our designers in our Design Center where we’ll dive deeper into your vision, your inspiration, and your goals. As we listen, we start building a plan around what matters most to you.
In-Home Visit
We visit your home to measure, photograph, and assess the space. Your design is entirely built on precision, not assumptions.
Design and Concept Review
We present your custom design, including a full 3D rendering, alongside a detailed, transparent proposal. You’ll know exactly what you’re getting and what it costs before anything moves forward.
Signed Agreement
Your agreement will clearly outline scope, start date, timeline, and every commitment on both sides. There’s no ambiguity or fine-print surprises.
Preconstruction Meeting
Your Project Manager walks through the construction plan with you before work begins, covering daily schedule, site logistics, and communication expectations. You’ll know exactly what’s happening and when.
Construction and Finalization
Our craftsmen get to work, staying on track while protecting your home and cleaning up before leaving each day. Once complete, we walk through your finished space together, ensuring every detail and expectation has been met.
